Yotpo Integration

Yotpo is an eCommerce retention marketing platform that drives repeat shopper sales with connected solutions for reviews, SMS, email, loyalty, and subscriptions.

The AddGlow <> Yotpo integration allows merchants to:

Push AddGlow’s engagement based loyalty points into Yotpo to combine loyalty points earned via AddGlow & Yotpo
Personalize SMS and emails based on attributes collected from AddGlow community member profiles
Offer AddGlow community access as an exclusive perk to your subscription customers

Steps to integrate your Yotpo and AddGlow accounts:

1. Visit https://brand.addglow.com —> Login to your AddGlow brand admin dashboard
2. Integrations —> Yotpo SMS —> Install Yotpo

3. Enter your Yotpo login credentials and tap Connect

4. Toggle on Enable Profile Synchronization

5. Toggle on whatever data you would like to send to Yotpo and then tap the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

6. Congrats! The integration is now complete!
